Role and Responsibilities:
- Monitor production process as per quality & food safety standards from raw eggs receiving to finished product.
- Conduct quality checks of raw materials, processed egg products and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, GHP, and food safety & quality standards.
- Monitor daily temperature, pH, hygiene, sanitation, and critical control points (CCPs).
- Maintain daily Inspection log, Batch records, inspection reports, and testing documentation.
- Identify quality deviations and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with Production and Laboratory teams for quality testing and issue resolution.
- Support internal / external audits and customer complaints.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
