PropelMeta Tech is hiring a motivated, confident, and results-driven Sales Business Development Executive to support our growing IT services and digital solutions business.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, connect with, and engage potential clients in the US market.
- Handle calls, meetings, follow-ups, and business communication with US-based clients.
- Present and promote PropelMeta Tech's IT services, digital marketing solutions, and other technology services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions based on their business needs.
- Use strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills to convert prospects into clients.
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and consistent follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with internal technical and marketing teams for smooth client onboarding and project handover.
- Maintain records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.





Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, or a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are welcome to apply.:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Robust interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with US clients.
- Basic understanding of IT services, website development, digital marketing, software solutions, or related services is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, energetic, confident, and target-oriented.
- Ability to generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close business opportunities.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
- Must be comfortable working in an onsite night-shift environment aligned with US business hours.
