Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to members to support continuity of health perks
- Explain benefits, entitlements, and service features in a clear and accurate manner
- Address concerns related to service if any
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues that may impact customer continuation
- Follow up on pending payments
- Capture intent, concerns, and reasons for discontinuation accurately in the system
- Share secure payment links with customers through approved channels
- Guide customers through online and offline payment processes step-by-step

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in retentions/ TPA

Skills:.
- Clear and confident verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi
- Ability to explain information in a simple, reassuring manner
- Good listening and objection-handling ability
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Basic computer skills (CRM, MS Excel)
