JOB DESCRIPTION - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (BDM)

About the Role
Litomatic is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive project-based business development across the builder and turnkey construction segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with builders, developers, contractors and project stakeholders.
- Identify and generate new project opportunities in the assigned market.
- Focus on turnkey builder projects and drive business from enquiry to closure.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and product discussions.
- Understand project requirements and coordinate with internal teams for suitable solutions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline.
- Track project progress and ensure timely commercial closure.
- Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Willingness to travel for client and project meetings.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of relevant business development/sales experience.
- Experience in the lighting industry is preferred; experience in windows or other relevant products may also be considered.
- Strong B2B project sales experience.
- Good understanding of the builder/project segment.
- Robust communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business objectives.
Working Days
Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST
