Job Purpose
We are seeking a creative, proactive, and highly organized Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of brand campaigns, product launches, digital marketing initiatives, social media activities, retail visibility, and on-ground activations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand & Campaign Execution
- Assist in planning and executing brand campaigns, new product launches, and seasonal promotions.
- Coordinate the end-to-end implementation of marketing initiatives across digital, in-store, and on-ground channels.
- Ensure consistent brand communication and representation across all consumer touchpoints.

2. Social Media & Content




- Support the management of social media calendars, content planning, shoots, and day-to-day coordination with content creators and agencies.
- Stay updated on platform trends, content formats, and relevant cultural moments for the brand.
- Organize, manage, and maintain a comprehensive database of content created over the years.
- Monitor basic performance metrics and share relevant insights with the team.

3. Digital & Performance Marketing Support
- Work closely with performance marketing and media agencies to support the execution of campaigns.
- Assist in compiling weekly and monthly performance reports and identifying key learnings.
- Coordinate campaign creatives, timelines, approvals, and deliverables.

4. Agency & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate and liaise with creative agencies, photographers, videographers, influencers, and printing vendors.
