About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage daily reporting, data analysis, and MIS activities. The role will be responsible for collecting data from various departments and stores, maintaining accurate reports, analyzing business performance, and providing timely reports to management for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Collect, consolidate, and validate data received from stores and various departments.

Prepare sales, target vs. achievement, productivity, attendance, inventory, and operational reports.

Monitor store-wise and employee-wise performance and highlight key variances.

Maintain and update daily sales trackers and performance dashboards.

Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across different reports.





Analyze data and identify trends, discrepancies, and areas requiring attention.

Coordinate with store teams, Operations, HR, Accounts, and other departments to collect required information.

Follow up with respective teams for pending, incomplete, or incorrect data.

Maintain proper records and documentation of all MIS reports.

Ensure all reports are shared within the defined timelines.

Maintain confidentiality of company and employee-related data.

Required Skills:
Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets formulas, filters, sorting, data validation, and data handling.

Knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS will be an advantage.

Basic knowledge of Google Sheets functions and sharing/collaboration features.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
