Key Responsibilities
- Call Handling: Answer incoming emergency or non-emergency transport requests calmly.
- Triage & Assessment: Collect vital patient information, exact street locations, and contact numbers.
- Emergency Dispatch: Send the nearest available ambulance or response team based on urgency.
- Coordination: Connect with ambulance drivers, paramedics, and hospitals.
- Documentation: Log real-time details of calls, vehicle movements, and status updates.
Pay: ₹10,600.00 - ₹11,600.00 per month
