We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day accounting and financial operations.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities.
- Maintain purchase, sales, expense, payment, and receipt records.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Track customer, distributor, and trade partner payments.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
- Handle accounting entries and maintain records in Tally.
- Maintain sales and purchase records.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors,



consultants, and management when required.
- Prepare regular accounting and financial reports.
- Assist with monthly and yearly closing activities.
- Maintain proper financial documentation and records.
- Support management with accounting data and financial information.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding invoices, payments, expenses, and collections.

Requirements:
- 5-6 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Tally is required.
- Valuable understanding of GST and TDS.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience handling sales, purchase, inventory, and distributor-related accounts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day accounting responsibilities.
- Relevant industry experience will be an added advantage.
