Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage the online presence and lead-generation activities of NR Filing.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Create and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads to generate qualified leads.
- Develop engaging content for social media posts, reels, advertisements and promotional campaigns.
- Manage the company’s social media pages and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Perform SEO activities, keyword research and website content optimisation.
- Manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns and lead follow-ups through CRM/AiSensy.
- Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, cost per lead and conversion rates.
- Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends,



platform changes and competitor activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing; freshers with relevant skills may also apply.
- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Familiarity with Canva and basic video-editing tools is preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of Kannada and Hindi will be an advantage.
- Creative, analytical and capable of working independently.
- Experience in lead generation for legal, financial, taxation or qualified services will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
