We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized MIS Executive who will be responsible for preparing reports, maintaining databases, analyzing business data, and providing accurate information to management for effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, organize, and maintain data from different departments.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Prepare Excel-based reports, dashboards, and summaries.
- Monitor and track sales, operations, employee, and other business-related data.
- Analyze data and identify trends, gaps, and discrepancies.
- Ensure timely submission of management reports.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect required information.
- Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting formats.
- Support management with customized reports and data analysis.
- Handle data entry and regular database updates.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.

Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP,



Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, IF formulas, and basic data analysis.
- Knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines.
- Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, operations, or a similar role.
- Freshers with strong Excel and reporting skills may also be considered.

Salary

₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
