Dental Lead Caller / Healthcare Telecaller — Patient Conversion

Role Summary

You own every lead — calls, WhatsApp, Meta and Google form fills, and missed calls — from first contact until the patient is seated in the chair. This is the pre-consultation lane: your job is to convert enquiries into booked consultations that actually show up. You are measured on shown consultations, not on how many calls you make.

Key Responsibilities
- Call every new lead within 5 minutes during clinic hours.
- Qualify each enquiry — understand the concern, urgency, and treatment interest (Implants, All-on-X, Smile Design).
- Book qualified consultations, then confirm and send reminders so patients turn up for their appointment.
- Maintain the CRM / lead tracker daily — status, next action, and notes on every lead.
- Run structured follow-ups on unconverted, price-sensitive, and “decide later” leads.
- Explain the clinic’s advanced technology (CBCT, digital implants, same-day work) in simple,



patient-friendly Hindi and English — guide the patient, never oversell.
- Hand over booked patients to the front desk / treatment coordinator with full context.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of tele-conversion experience in dental, healthcare, or aesthetic-clinic settings — mandatory.
- Demonstrable record of converting enquiries into booked, shown appointments (be ready to share numbers).
- Fluent, warm Hindi with working English; a transparent and confident phone presence.
- Comfortable with CRM / lead-tracking tools and daily reporting discipline.
- Persistent, organized follow-up habit — does not let leads go cold.

Preferred Background

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
