This is a high-ownership role in a fast-paced startup environment. You should be an independent operator who can take ideas from requirements through deployment, communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, and build secure, scalable software for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop frontend features, backend services, REST APIs, database workflows, authentication, and third-party integrations.
- Own features end to end: clarify requirements, design solutions, write code, test, deploy, monitor, and support production releases.
- Work closely with product, design, QA, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality customer-facing features.
- Participate in code reviews, system design, CI/CD improvements, documentation, and engineering best practices.
- Communicate progress, technical tradeoffs, risks, and blockers proactively.




- Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve delivery speed and engineering quality.

Required Qualifications
- 4-5 years of skilled full-stack software-development experience.
- Strong experience with Frontend / Backend development, and SQL databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Git, code reviews, and Agile or iterative software-development practices.
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a high-speed startup environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using AI-assisted coding tools and agentic workflows while maintaining responsibility for code quality and security.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
