About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented and versatile Video Editor, Graphic Designer & Social Media Expert who can take ownership of our digital content—from conceptualisation and shooting support to editing, graphic design, social media publishing and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, edit and publish engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Make and Edit short-form videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, interviews, event videos, educational content and promotional videos.
- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, transitions, subtitles and visual effects.
- Design social media creatives, posters, banners, carousels, infographics, thumbnails, certificates, brochures and other digital materials.
- Convert raw photographs, videos and programme material into polished digital content.
- Develop creative concepts and content ideas aligned with organisational projects and campaigns.
- Manage the organisation's social media calendar and ensure timely posting.




- Develop platform-specific content rather than simply reposting the same content across platforms.
- Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colours, visual identity and messaging.
- Assist with photography and videography during events, workshops, conferences, school programmes and field activities.
- Organise and maintain a structured digital archive of photographs, videos, design files and project assets.
- Coordinate with programme/research teams to understand project objectives and translate them into effective visual communication.

Required Technical Skills

Video Editing
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects - preferred
- CapCut or similar short-form editing tools
- Colour correction and basic colour grading
- Audio cleaning and sound mixing
- Subtitling and captioning
- Motion graphics and basic animation
- Transitions, masking, keyframing and visual effects
- Reels/short-form video editing
