- Execute Outbound Campaigns: Conduct cold and warm calling campaigns targeting prospective customer databases to pitch and sell company products or services.
- Pipeline Management: Identify prospective client pain points, negotiate pricing tiers, and confidently close sales quotas over the phone.
- Lead Hand-off: Qualify outbound leads systematically and schedule appointments or transition high-value opportunities to the field sales when required.
- Target Achievement: Continually hit or exceed structured daily outbound call duration minimums and monthly gross revenue targets.
2. Relationship Management & Retention (40%)
- Account Nurturing: Act as a dedicated, trusted point of contact for an assigned portfolio of existing business accounts to secure brand loyalty.
- Conflict Resolution:
Resolve escalated customer grievances coordinating internally with support teams to execute rapid interventions.
- Feedback Collection: Gather systematic product and service feedback from clients to help refine internal product development pipelines.
. Data & CRM Administration (10%)
- Database Hygiene: Log all interactive call touchpoints, updates, pipeline stages, and specific client preferences into the CRM system.
- Sales Reporting: Build and deliver accurate activity dashboards outlining total conversion percentages, pipeline value, and account health statuses.
