- You already know what the Guwahati or Kolkata market offers an architect four to seven years in._
- You can draw GFC drawings at a residential or interiors firm for ₹25,000 a month. You can do CAD for American clients. Or you can get hired by a real estate company, which means you stop designing and become a coordinator._
- We are offering the option that isn't on that list: your own projects, designed and detailed and built, in a studio whose work is luxury hospitality and high-end residential._
- The catch is that you would have to move to Siliguri._

6Hues Architecture Studio is a luxury architecture and interior design studio, fourteen years old, working across North Bengal, Sikkim, and parts of Bihar and Assam. What is on the boards right now:
- A 50-key Wyndham-branded hotel in Siliguri
- A premium 60-bedroom property in Pelling, Sikkim
- Hospitality and office design for multiple developer clients




- Luxury private residences and interiors across the region

Responsibilities
- Complete project ownership: Design development through to working drawings and site coordination, on the projects assigned to you
- Client interactions: Your own client presentations, once you are ready for them, and the questions that come with them
- Site Visits: In Siliguri, and across Assam, North Bengal and Sikkim. Expect to be out of the studio a few days most months

You would report to our Head of Architecture & Design, alongside a design team of 10+ people.

Qualifications
- 5-10 years in the practice of interior design, on projects that got built
- Evidence that you have carried a project rather than a sheet — we will ask exactly which decisions were yours
- Comfortable being the last check before a drawing goes to site — owning whether it's right, not just whether it's done on time
- You want your name attached to a building people can walk into, not a fol
