Role Overview:
The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving the overall growth, revenue, and profitability of the branch. The role involves handling both Inbound & Outbound Business, leading the sales team, building institutional partnerships, and ensuring achievement of monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the entire Branch Revenue - both Inbound and Outbound business verticals.
- Drive business development activities through colleges, universities, corporates, and training institutions.
- Develop and execute effective Sales & Marketing strategies to achieve branch targets.
- Identify recent business opportunities for workshops, seminars, industrial visits, skill development & corporate training programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with College Management, Placement Officers, HoDs, HR Heads, and Decision Makers.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the team of BDE's / Sales Executives to achieve lead, meeting, conversion and revenue targets.
- Oversee team performance, daily reporting, CRM updation, and sales pipeline management.




- Responsible for client meetings, proposal presentations, negotiation and closures.
- Drive digital lead generation, reference marketing, and outbound sales activities.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and long-term client retention.
- Prepare and present weekly / monthly sales reports, forecasts, and branch P&L; to the management.
- Handle branch operations, recruitment of sales resources, and training of new joiners.

Branch Growth & Marketing Activities:
- Planning and execution of college visits, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Exploring new avenues like Digital Marketing Services, VoltEdz Franchise, and Industry Internship Programs.
- Strengthening brand presence through social media, LinkedIn, and offline marketing.
