Job Description
Own day-to-day execution, deliver on targets, ensure process and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders. Use data insights to drive performance and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver cluster business targets and profitability
- Run governance: sales hygiene, audit readiness, risk controls
- Coach and develop BMs/frontline; manage manpower and succession
- Resource level revenue management
- Sales process adherence
- Engage market partners and institutions to expand penetration
