As the Operations & Project Manager at ZenBuzz Media, you will be the central point of coordination between our clients, internal teams, and management.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the right work is done by the right person at the right time and delivered to the client at the expected quality, without requiring constant intervention from the Founder/CEO.

You will manage multiple projects simultaneously across different departments and ensure smooth execution from client onboarding to final delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. End-to-End Project Management
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Convert client requirements into actionable tasks and timelines.
- Create project plans, milestones, and deadlines.
- Assign tasks to appropriate team members.




- Track project progress on a daily basis.
- Identify bottlenecks and dependencies.
- Ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Monitor project risks and take corrective action.
- Ensure every task has a explicit owner and deadline.
- Maintain complete project visibility for management.

2. Team Coordination & Accountability

Coordinate with:
- Social Media Team
- Performance Marketing Team
- SEO Team
- Graphic Design Team
- Video Editing Team
- Content Team
- Website Development Team
- Production/Shooting Team
- Client Servicing Team

Ensure every team member knows:
What needs to be done → Who is responsible → When it is due → Current status

Actively follow up on pending work and hold team members accountable for their commitments.

3. Client Delivery Management
- Ensure all committed client deliverables are completed on time.
