About the Role

YESTE Migration & Education Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and passionate Student Counsellor cum Documentation Specialist to join our Overseas Education Division.

We are looking for someone who combines robust counselling ability, excellent communication, documentation accuracy, follow-up discipline and a result-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counselling
- Counsel students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities, courses, universities and career pathways.
- Understand the student's academic profile, career goals, budget and preferred destination.
- Recommend suitable countries, universities and courses based on student eligibility and career objectives.
- Handle walk-in,



telephone and online enquiries professionally.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.

Application & Documentation
- Review and verify academic certificates, transcripts, passport, CV, SOP, LOR, financial and other supporting documents.
- Identify missing, inconsistent or incorrect information and coordinate with students for corrections.

Follow-up & Admission Conversion
- Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups with prospective and existing students.

University & Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with universities, institutions, admission teams and internal departments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of partner universities, courses, intakes and admission requirements.
- Coordinate smooth handover of admitted students to the Visa Documentation Team.
- Escalate complex cases or documentation issues to the appropriate senior team member.

CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurat
