Description:
Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers during scheduled shifts.
- Research and identify potential clients across various industries.- Schedule discovery calls and meetings with decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and effectively communicate the company's service offerings.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or related customer-facing roles.
- Experience selling IT services, software development services, SaaS solutions,



or technology products is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to conduct independent prospect research and outreach.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
