Job Purpose

The Billing Executive is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing of C&FA; and transportation services by verifying operational data, Purchase Orders (POs), rate contracts, supporting documents, and client requirements. The role involves close coordination with Operations, Warehouse, Accounts, and Client teams to ensure seamless revenue realization, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and maintain customer Purchase Orders (POs), Work Orders (WOs), Service Agreements, and Rate Contracts.
- Verify billing rates, service scope, quantities, and billing periods as per approved client documents.
- Monitor PO balances, validity periods, and billing limits.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for PO amendments, extensions, and current PO issuance.
- Prepare customer invoices for warehousing, storage, handling, loading/unloading, manpower, distribution,



and other value-added services.
- Generate freight invoices based on LR copies, trip sheets, PODs, vehicle deployment reports, and freight agreements.
- Prepare tax invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and supporting statements.
- Maintain proper records of invoices, acknowledgements, and supporting documents.
- Reconcile billing data with operational records and customer agreements.
- Prepare monthly billing summaries and revenue reports.
- Ensure correct GST classification and tax calculations in invoices.
- Assist during statutory audits, internal audits, and customer audits.
- Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, Transportation, and Accounts teams for billing information.
- Resolve customer queries related to invoices, rates, supporting documents, and billing discrepancies.
- Releasing payment from Clients.

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent. Experience in
