Job Summary

The Demo & Sales Executive is the first point of contact for customers visiting the Modulinea Experience Centre. She will provide a premium showroom experience, demonstrate kitchen features, understand customer requirements, schedule designer consultations, and assist the sales team in converting enquiries into orders. The role requires excellent communication, grooming, and customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities Customer Experience
- Welcome walk-in customers, architects, and builders.
- Understand customer lifestyle, family size, budget, and kitchen requirements.
- Conduct live demonstrations of the Modulinea kitchen displays.
- Explain materials, hardware, finishes, accessories, and premium features.
- Create a luxury showroom experience.

Sales Support
- Generate qualified enquiries.
- Schedule appointments with Kitchen Designers.
- Follow up with prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain customer database in CRM.
- Assist in quotation discussions.




- Support the sales manager in closing deals.

Product Demonstration
- Demonstrate:
- Soft-close drawers
- Pantry units
- Corner solutions
- Tandem boxes
- Magic corner
- Lift-up shutters
- Storage accessories
- Sink systems
- Premium hardware
- Lighting options
- Explain advantages of BWP plywood construction and premium hardware.

Showroom Management
- Ensure displays remain clean and functional.
- Check all demo kitchens daily.
- Maintain sample catalogues.
- Arrange brochures and price lists.
- Coordinate refreshments for premium clients.

Lead Management
- Record every enquiry.
- Daily follow-up of pending enquiries.
- Track hot, warm, and cold leads.
- Generate referrals.
- Maintain architect and builder contacts.

Daily KPI
- Walk-ins attended
- Live kitchen demonstrations
- Qualified leads generated
- Designer appointments fixed
- Follow-up calls completed
