We are seeking an experienced Technology FinOps Manager to lead and strengthen technology financial operations across the organization. This role will be responsible for end‑to‑end financial governance of technology spending, including vendor management, contract management, cost allocation, and compliance. The role partners closely with Technology, Finance, Procurement, Business stakeholders and vendors/suppliers to deliver transparency, control, and insights into technology investments.





PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Centralized Technology purchase administration:
- Manage centralized purchase administration and contract management for all Technology department transactions, ensuring defined SLAs are consistently met.
- Partner closely with Procurement, IT, and Finance teams to align vendor financial management with organizational goals.
- Act as a key liaison for vendor financial discussions, escalations, and performance reviews.

B. Cost Management & Chargebacks:
- Maintain robust oversight of technology cost tracking, allocation, and chargeback mechanisms to business units.
- Provide actionable insights into spend trends, variances, and cost optimization opportunities.
- Support project‑level cost tracking and alignment with budgetary controls.

C. Technology Financial Operations & Governance:
- Manage and monitor vendor‑related financial transactions, including purchase
