As we continue to expand across Kerala, we're looking for a passionate Business Development Manager to drive our growth by acquiring recent restaurant partners, strengthening business relationships, and identifying new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard new restaurant partners to expand Potafo's network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Drive business growth by achieving acquisition, revenue, and performance targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration and partner engagement.
- Promote platform offerings, marketing campaigns, and value-added services to restaurant partners.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet prospective and existing partners.




- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize partnership agreements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure an excellent partner experience.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business performance updates.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or Client Relationship Management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and business development targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
