We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Senior Marketing Manager who understands the ground realities of the security and manpower services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Present company services and generate high-quality leads for Security Facility Management Services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, builders, industries, and institutions
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers based on client requirements
- Identify new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay competitive.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
- Run and monitor advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Improve website visibility through SEO /SEM and online marketing strategies.
- Ability to generate leads through both fieldwork and digital channels.
- Prior experience in Security Services,



Facility Management, or Manpower Industry is highly preferred Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and contract-based service models

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Experience in SEO, social media marketing, and online advertising.
- Confidence in handling clients independently and maintaining long term business relationships.

Qualification:
- Graduate (Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.)
- MBA in Marketing preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
