ABOUT SOULERA
Soulera is a fast-scaling startup at the intersection of cutting-edge SaaS technology and expert-managed services. We deliver end-to-end digital solutions to enterprise and mid-market clients — combining a powerful software platform with hands-on implementation, consulting, and ongoing support.
We are building a high-performance sales team and are looking for a driven, market-connected, and results-obsessed Senior BDM who thrives in a startup environment and is confident selling new, innovative products to decision-makers across industries.

As the Senior Business Development Manager, you will own the full revenue cycle — from identifying and nurturing cold leads to closing large enterprise contracts. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, the voice of Soulera in the market, and a key contributor to our go-to-market (GTM) strategy. This role demands a hunter mindset, deep industry connections, and the confidence to champion a new product in competitive markets.
