CEG CS EIS (Enterprise Incentive Servicing) is building a high-impact AI, Automation & Data team focused on simplifying, standardizing, and transforming CEG (Human Resources) business processes through Artificial Intelligence, data-driven insights, and up-to-date automation technologies. This team is responsible for identifying opportunities, enabling business transformation, and delivering solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance colleague productivity, and create better customer outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 6+ years of overall experience in Automation, Data Analytics, Technology, Digital Transformation, or related disciplines. 1-2 years of experience in AI Enabled automation.
- 2+ years of experience leading teams, projects, or transformation initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience developing automation and AI-enabled solutions.
- Hands-on Experience in designing and implementing solutions using Generative AI platforms such as OpenAI,



Anthropic, or equivalent technologies.- Experience with APIs, enterprise integrations, workflow orchestration, and automation platforms.
- Hands-on Experience in Python, SQL, data management, data enablement, and business intelligence platforms such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Demonstrated experience conducting solution architecture reviews, technical design reviews, and code reviews.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
