Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business development objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify potential clients and opportunities for IT outsourcing and staff augmentation services.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers in target industries.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project transitions and client satisfaction.
- Write Proposal for portal like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru etc.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and expand our network.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
- Exhibit accountability and assume ownership of client communication.

Skills Require:




- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles in the IT services industry, preferably in IT outsourcing or staff augmentation.
- Robust understanding of IT services, technologies, and solutions, with the ability to articulate value propositions to clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify market opportunities, assess competitive landscapes, and formulate business strategies.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and business objectives.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced workplace.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
