- experience in Application Support / Incident Management.
- Strong experience with OpenText platforms.
- Solid experience in B2B integrations, including partner onboarding, transaction monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Hands-on experience or solid working knowledge of EDI systems and flows.
- Good understanding of B2B/EAI concepts, message formats, and partner communication.
- Excellent understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management (ITIL).
- Experience working with ServiceNow for incident tracking and reporting.
- Strong vendor governance and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently.
