Responsibilities:
Analyze performance metrics and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the system.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve system performance and user experience

Develop custom dashboards, reports, and alerts to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

Integrate Dynatrace with other tools and systems for a holistic monitoring approach.

Provide training and support to team members on using Dynatrace effectively.

Create and maintain documentation for monitoring strategies, processes, and best practices.

Stay updated with the latest Dynatrace features and best practices.

Continuously improve monitoring strategies and tools to enhance system performance and reliability.

Skills:
Must have

Must be computer science background academic qualification is required

Overall 5+ yrs of exp in IT support including 4+ years in Dynatrace

Proven experience as a Dynatrace Expert or in a similar role.

Strong background in Linux/Unix/Windows Administration.





Proficiency in Dynatrace tools and solutions.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).

Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g. Python, Bash) and automation tools (e.g. Ansible).

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.

Nice to have

Proven experience as a Dynatrace Expert

Strong background in Linux/Unix/Windows Administration.

Dynatrace Certified Associate or Professional certification is highly desirable
