Andheri, Mumbai - Full-Time - Reporting directly to the Founders

Do you love education but want more than a classroom?This role puts you at the centre of three growing education brands — driving school admission teams, presenting to colleges, helping new preschool founders launch their dream, and keeping projects running on time. It is equal parts growth driver and operations owner, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the Founders.

Ignify Solutions is an well known 7+ years of existence in education consulting group, founded in 2019, headquartered in Hyderabad with operations in Mumbai. We advise IB, Cambridge, CBSE and ICSE institutions on admissions, branding, marketing, hiring and training — and operate two specialist verticals:

Andheri, Mumbai (local travel within Mumbai; limited outstation travel)

Working Days

Monday-Friday full day - Saturday half day

Compensation

₹4.2-5.4 LPA fixed + performance incentives + travel allowance (total earning potential ₹5.5-6.5 LPA)

What Your Week Looks Like
- Drive admission teams, daily.Run structured morning review calls with school admission counsellors — track enquiries, walk-ins and conversions, coach them on follow-ups, and keep every funnel moving online on our trackers.
- Present to colleges.Deliver engaging demos of Ignify Careers to college leadership and placement teams — and onboard colleges, students and career coaches onto the platform.
- Sell and support preschool launch
