Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage corporate legal documents.
- Prepare and vet commercial agreements, MOUs, NDAs, service agreements, vendor agreements, and business contracts.
- Handle pre-litigation legal notices, replies, demand notices, and settlement documentation.
- Conduct legal due diligence for companies, projects, and commercial transactions.
- Review business structures and identify legal and compliance risks.
- Maintain legal records, contract databases, and compliance trackers.
- Coordinate with management regarding legal and regulatory requirements.
- Support company incorporation, restructuring, compliance, and documentation activities.
- Monitor contractual obligations and ensure timely execution of agreements.
- Assist in corporate governance and internal legal processes.
- Conduct legal research on commercial and regulatory matters.
- Draft legal opinions, compliance reports, and risk assessment notes.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders regarding legal documentation requirements.

Mandatory Requirements




- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent legal qualification.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in corporate legal work.
- Strong knowledge of contract drafting and legal documentation.
- Understanding of commercial transactions and business agreements.
- Experience in pre-litigation legal matters and notice drafting.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
