Job Role: Telesales Executive
Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month + Monthly Performance Incentives

Job Responsibilities
- Explain Get Set Learn's courses and learning programs.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into successful enrollments/sales.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth customer onboarding.

Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: HSC / Graduate
- Experience: 1-3 years in Telesales, Inside Sales, Academic Counselling, or Customer Sales.
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.




- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with target-based outbound calling.
