Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management
- Manage seller accounts across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Meesho, and Quick Commerce platforms.
- Handle end-to-end marketplace operations and account health.
- Coordinate with platform account managers for growth opportunities and issue resolution.

Catalog & Listing Optimization
- Create and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and A+ content.
- Manage product uploads, variations, category mapping, and catalog hygiene.
- Improve organic rankings through marketplace SEO.

Advertising & Growth
- Plan and execute Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, and marketplace promotional campaigns.
- Monitor ACoS, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and sales performance.
- Drive revenue growth through data-driven optimization strategies.

Inventory & Operations




- Monitor inventory levels and replenishment planning.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure stock availability.
- Manage order processing, returns, cancellations, and RTO-related issues.

Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Analyze competitor activities, pricing, and marketplace trends.
- Generate actionable insights to improve marketplace performance.

Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Nykaa, Myntra, and Meesho.
- Hands-on experience in PPC campaign management.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Reporting).
- Knowledge of inventory management and marketplace KPIs.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
