We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers / Tele Sales Executives to generate business opportunities and schedule meetings for our sales team.

Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads and databases.
- Introduce company products and software solutions to potential customers.
- Understand client requirements and explain suitable software products.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings/demo appointments.
- Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and follow-up.

Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
- Ability to convince and engage prospects.




- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketing Executive, Tele Sales Executive, or Lead Generation Executive.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
