This position is responsible for business growth across India. We are looking for a highly driven *_Business Growth Associate_* who will play a key role in expanding our business through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and revenue growth initiatives. This is a high-impact role where you will directly contribute to the company's growth journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard current vendors, suppliers, and business partners
- Conduct field visits to acquire offline clients and build strong relationships
- Generate and convert leads through online and offline channels
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase revenue
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, support)
- Track daily sales activities and maintain CRM records
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 0-3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (Freshers with strong communication can apply)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in field + office environment
- Strong problem-solving and target-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales or vendor onboarding
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Basic understanding of e-commerce / marketplace business
