Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Food Technologist to oversee food production processes in an FMCG manufacturing environment. The role involves ensuring product quality, food safety compliance, process optimization, and coordination with production and quality teams to maintain high manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise daily food production operations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards such as HACCP, FSSAI, ISO 22000, and GMP.
- Develop and improve food formulations, recipes, and processing methods.
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Maintain production records, batch documentation, and SOPs.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, procurement,



and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Optimize production efficiency while minimizing wastage.
- Support current product development and product trials.
- Ensure hygiene and sanitation practices are followed across the plant.
- Train production staff on food safety and operational procedures.

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of food processing and preservation techniques.
- Understanding of FMCG manufacturing operations.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and production environments.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and production reporting.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
