Valerian Consulting LLP is a legal outsourcing firm supporting solicitors’ practices in England. We specialize in Housing Disrepair and Housing Condition Protocol (HCP) cases, providing high-quality client care services with professionalism and empathy.

Role Overview

Join our Client Care Team as the first point of contact for clients pursuing housing condition claims. You’ll conduct initial consultations, provide weekly updates, support file handlers, and ensure compliance with DPA 2018 and UK GDPR.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle initial consultation calls and explain the claims process.
- Keep clients engaged through weekly updates and regular communication.
- Support file handlers with documentation, follow-ups, and scheduling inspections. Maintain accurate records in the Case Management System.




- Ensure full compliance with UK data protection laws.

Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of English, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with UK-based clients.
- Empathy and ability to support vulnerable clients.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused. Prior legal/customer care experience preferred (training provided).

What We Offer

Competitive salary: ₹ 6,00,000 Per Annum.

Training in Housing Disrepair & HCP cases GDPR & data protection compliance training.

Opportunity to work with UK-based solicitors.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
