Job Title: Consultant Pathologist / Pathologist

Organization: We are hiring for our upcoming Diagnostic Center in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra.

Experience Required: 2 to 10+ Years

Qualification:
- MD Pathology / DNB Pathology
- Valid registration with the National Medical Commission or State Medical Council

Job Type:

Key Responsibilities:
- Review, validate, and sign pathology reports
- Supervise laboratory operations and quality control procedures
- Ensure compliance with NABL standards and statutory requirements
- Monitor internal and external quality assurance programs
- Train and guide laboratory technicians and phlebotomists
- Support audits and accreditation activities

Desired Skills:
- Strong diagnostic and reporting skills
- Experience in biochemistry, hematology, microbiology, and histopathology
- Knowledge of Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)

Compensation:
Best in the industry, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
