Winner Institute is looking for a creative and energetic Camera Operator Cum Video Editor who can handle shooting and editing of educational and promotional content for our institute.
Responsibilities: *
- Shoot high-quality videos for lectures, reels, advertisements, and social media
- Edit videos professionally for YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms
- Handle camera setup, lighting, and basic audio recording
- Create engaging short-form content and promotional videos
- Coordinate with faculty and marketing team for content planning
- Maintain video equipment and manage video files
Requirements:
- Basic to advanced knowledge of video shooting and editing
- Proficiency in editing software such as Premiere Pro,
Filmora, CapCut, After Effects, etc.
- Creative mindset with good understanding of social media trends
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Prior experience is mandatory
Salary: As per skills and experience

Pay: ₹10,730.41 - ₹20,310.91 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
