Role Overview:
Experienced Civil Engineer with 10+ years in real estate and large-scale construction projects, responsible for end-to-end site execution, project planning, quality control, contractor coordination, and timely delivery of residential/commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise civil construction activities ensuring compliance with drawings, safety standards, and project specifications.
- Manage site execution, vendor coordination, billing verification, material planning, and progress monitoring.
- Ensure quality assurance, cost optimization, and adherence to project timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Strong knowledge of RCC work, finishing, estimation, BOQ, and construction management practices.

Preferred Skills:
Leadership, project management, problem-solving, site supervision, AutoCAD/MS Office proficiency, and solid communication abilities.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
