- Manage employee attendance, holidays, and leave records efficiently
- Handle complete end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
- Maintain HR documentation and employee records
- Coordinate employee engagement and HR operations
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies
- Support payroll inputs related to attendance and leave management
