Civil Engineer

Location: Durgapur, West Bengal

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.
- Review construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to engineering standards.
- Monitor material usage and site resources efficiently.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction guidelines.
- Verify measurements, bills, and work completed by contractors.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution.
- Assist in project planning, estimation, and budgeting.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E. Civil).




- Strong understanding of construction methods and site management.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Experience in real estate or construction companies.
- Knowledge of quantity surveying, estimation, and billing is an advantage.
