Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Experience Required: 2-3 Years

Location: Indore

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle all social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital channels
- Create and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation
- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content related to projects, branding, services, and company activities
- Run and optimize paid marketing campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms
- Coordinate with the design and technical team for content creation, project highlights, and promotional materials
- Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and competitor activities
- Generate quality leads through digital channels and support marketing campaigns
- Handle SEO basics, website updates, and online visibility improvements
- Create presentations, brochures, promotional creatives, and marketing materials
- Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports and insights




- Build and maintain the company’s online reputation and professional digital presence
- Support branding initiatives, business promotions, and expansion activities

Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media management
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and lead generation campaigns
- Knowledge of content marketing, branding, and audience engagement
- Basic understanding of SEO and analytics tools
- Good communication and creative thinking abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a rapid-paced startup environment
- Strong coordination and execution skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or branding
- Experience in architecture, real estate, infrastructure, or creative industries is an added advantage
