About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate - E-Commerce Support, you will handle operational and support-related interactions while assisting suppliers, vendors, and internal teams with issue resolution and process coordination. The role requires strong communication skills, logical reasoning, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced customer support environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer, supplier, or vendor-related support interactions professionally
- Communicate clearly in Hindi and English across operational workflows
- Analyze issues raised by suppliers or vendors and recommend appropriate resolutions
- Maintain accurate operational records and support documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and process support




- Use MS Office, Google Sheets, and related tools for reporting and operational tracking
- Support operational processes while maintaining quality and productivity standards
- Ensure a positive support experience through effective communication and problem-solving

Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: XII pass
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory)
- Regional language proficiency is an advantage
- E-commerce experience or industry knowledge preferred
- Hands-on experience with MS Office, Google Sheets, and related tools
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities
- Ability to understand operational issues and propose practical solutions
- Positive coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
