Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Electrical design process for power transformers and support internal connections, electrical layouts, and overall transformer design.
- Understanding magnetic fields, flux, permeability, and losses (hysteresis and eddy current).
- Design and optimize internal electrical connections and layouts to ensure maximum operational efficiency and safety of power transformers.
- Ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO, IEC, IEEE, and other relevant guidelines in transformer design and manufacturing processes.
- Conduct and contribute to DFMEA assessments to identify potential design risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Utilize failure analysis techniques like Root Cause Analysis (RCA),8D,5 Why & fishbone to investigate and address transformer failures or underperformance.
- Work closely with engineering teams, production units, and external stakeholders to refine and improve transformer designs.
- Maintain thorough design documentation, including specifications, test reports, and compliance records.

Required Qualifications




- Bachelor's or master’s degree in electrical engineering.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in electrical design, specifically in power transformer design or related areas.
