Job Details

Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)
Experience Required: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and client discussions
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, use cases, and process documentation




- Work closely with development, QA, UI/UX, and project management teams to ensure proper requirement understanding
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams
- Analyze existing business processes and suggest improvements through technology solutions
- Coordinate with clients during project execution, UAT, and implementation stages
- Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and functional challenges during project lifecycle
- Support ERP and CRM implementation projects by understanding operational workflows
- Assist in change management, user training, and solution adoption activities
- Ensure timely clarification of requirements to avoid project delays or scope confusion
