We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to drive people strategy and organizational growth for a rapid‑scaling technology environment. This is a high‑ownership role with direct impact on talent, culture, and performance.

Role Overview

The Head of HR will lead end‑to‑end HR strategy, ensuring alignment of talent, culture, and performance with business objectives. The role combines strategic leadership with strong operational execution.

Key Responsibilities
- HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR frameworks aligned with growth plans; partner with leadership on org design and change management.
- Talent Acquisition: Define hiring strategy for technical, product, and business roles; strengthen employer branding and pipeline development.
- Performance Management: Design appraisal frameworks (KRA/KPI/OKR); implement review cycles, 360‑degree feedback, and calibration processes.
- Compensation & Rewards: Lead annual compensation reviews; manage variable pay, retention, and incentive structures.
- Learning & Development: Identify skill gaps; drive leadership development and succession planning.




- Employee Engagement: Foster high‑performance culture; lead engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
- HR Operations: Ensure compliance with statutory laws; oversee payroll, HRMS, audits, onboarding, and exits.
- HR Analytics: Leverage HRMS dashboards; monitor attrition, hiring efficiency, and engagement scores.

Qualifications
- MBA / Master’s in HR or Business Administration
- 12-18+ years of HR experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Background in IT / SaaS / technology organizations preferred
- Exposure to multi‑country HR operations advantageous
