IT Support Engineer:
Experience: 1 to 2 Years | No of Openings: 1

Position Requirements
- Assemble and disassemble desktops and laptops
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues (RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, peripherals) and support
- Install and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux - Ubuntu)
- Install and configure basic software and tools
- Setup softwares and updates in windows, linux and mac (PHP,



JavaScript, Python, design tools, etc.)
- Perform OS upgrades, patches, and system optimization
- Manage system backups and basic data recovery
- Handle basic networking tasks and troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi issues
- Perform LAN cable crimping and network point setup
- Manage conference room IT setup (TV or projector, audio/video devices, meeting tools)
- Maintain IT inventory (systems, accessories, network devices)
- Provide support for computers, laptops, printers, and other hardware devices
- Respond to user issues and provide timely resolution
- Router and Access point configuration
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills
- sometimes go to service center and field for office related work

Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
