We are looking for a skilled and motivated BIM Engineer with solid technical expertise in
BIM workflows and excellent communication skills. The role involves working on international projects, collaborating directly with clients, performing QA/QC using AI-based construction platforms, and supporting training/documentation activities. This is not limited to conventional BIM modeling work; the role also includes exposure to
emerging AI and vision automation technologies within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate with international clients on a daily basis.
- Manage BIM models using Autodesk tools.
- Work on Scan-to-BIM and Point Cloud-based projects.
- Perform QA/QC using AI-powered construction platforms and software tools.
- Test and evaluate features of construction AI platforms and BIM software.
- Explain Autodesk software functionalities and workflows to non-technical
stakeholders.
- Prepare training materials and documentation for non-technical users.
- Ensure project delivery within deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Educational Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering OR
- B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture)
Experience
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in BIM projects + Construction.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in:
- Autodesk Revit
- Navisworks
- Autodesk Recap
- Knowledge of Scan-to-BIM workflows is preferred.
- Familiarity with scheduling software such as:
- Primavera P6
- Microsoft Project (MSP)
- Understanding of BIM coordination and project documentation.
Soft Skills
- Strong English communication skills (mandatory).
- Ability to independently handle client communication.
- Good presentation and documentation skills.
